So the past three summers I have put in a garden. The first summer was really fruitful, good corn, plenty of tomatoes, LOTS of green beans, everything went very well. Last year, not so good, corn was rotted, green beans died after 3 weeks, 0 tomatoes, watermelon grew to the size of a tether ball when it should have been the size of a car..!! This year is the prodical year! I have uploaded some photos of what I have planted and how they are doing. The only thing that did not come up were the green beans. I think I may need to get rid of my seeds that are 3 years old...
Before I go there are a few people I would like to thank.
Mom and Dad- Thank you for letting me play in the dirt when I was younger. It has prepped me for today.
G-Ma Maltby- Thank you for your encouraging words that led me to go ahead and dismiss all the frustration of last year and plant!
G-Pa Stinnett- Thank you for the importance, you had bestowing within me, of not having anyone, or anything come near the garden. I bought a BB gun for them waskly wabbits...
Pappa Dohner- Thank you for reassuring me on my planting time for the corn....I think i's become good corn farmer.
Great Aunt Frances Wright- Thank you SOOOOOO MUCH for the garden gloves. I am waving to you with blister-free hands.
My Didee Bird- Thank you for not yelling at me when I track in mud from being outside.....in the garden.....in the rain.
And Jesus- Thank you for your help in sowing, watering, nurturing, and soon to be harvesting. May I in return bring to you a beautiful harvest of that which you love dearly.
